Default When is it time to worry ?

Bought an item 09-22-2010, 09:34 PM

Seller Promised to ship out on Thursday.

Quote
"Got it. will send out Thursday for you "

I requested shipping info on Fri, Sat and Monday
No info was given, no communication there after.

I can see he logged on today at 12PM and must atleast got one of the 3 msgs.

Seller has 40+ positive ratings and 1 negative.
But seller also has no more new posts since 4 months ago.

I know shippping can take time, but the no communication part + Ignoring of my messages makes me worry.

If it was shipped priority mail it should have been here,... if not next couple days.
But if not i rather have my claim with paypal early than late.
Item was $100 USD CA to TX

I would give it a few more days. If I'm not mistaken, you have to wait 15 days to file a complaint with Paypal. Try and get his info from Paypal to call him. Send an email to his Paypal account email.

Some people skimp and dont send prioity with tracking just to save the extra .80 cents.... so they just hold out on talking to you because they can't suply the tracking info.

What was the item? I agree, if it was a car or truck, seller probably shipped it parcel, which takes a minute.

I am not concerned what he shipped it with.
It could be First Class or Parcel or Priority i dont care as long as he shipped it and i will get it !!!

THE FACT THE HE IGNORING ME IS WHAT BOTHERS ME. HE IGNORES EMAILS AND PMS and he clearly Logs on the website. Thats normally the first signs of shadyness.

boomgagem: The item was a ESC with Motor. So its a mediocore weight package. Nothing supre heavy but might exceed the 1 pound limit.

He probably shipped it parcel and from California to Texas takes about 6-7 days that way. I don't blame you for starting to get concerned with no answers. This is why I won't deal on the net anymore. I have been burned a couple times and learned my lesson.

I would say give it a couple more days and then try filing a claim on Paypal. Good luck!!!

Great,... I have just got a reply from him.

Supposetly Had Personal Issues and couldnt Send it.

But had time to get on here, though didnt answer me.

Says will send it off today morning ?!

To me personaly this has alot of red flags.
Wrong Promised Shipping Date.
Ignoring of Communication.
Change of Shipping date.

Thoughts on this ... I hope he does ship it this time.
Seller did have 40+ positives ... this delay stinks though.

Dealing with this seller is like dealing with a kid that refuses to reply
I might as well start contacting the other buyers from his list.
