ok im not going to name any names at this time but im not sure on what needs to be done

i wrote said person a offer for a roller on 2-24-10 at 8 pm
he wrote me back accepting offer on 2-25-10 at 6:07 pm
i paid him and wrote him a message saying i did so on 2-26-10 at 3:39pm
on 2-27-10 i hadent heard anything from him so i wrote him another message basically saying just making sure you recieved payment

he was online 2-28-10 so i know he got the message but nothing got returned to me

and i wrote him another message on 3-1-10 but he hasent been online to check it what should i do give him another day or two or go ahead and file the paypal claim??

Personally, I would give one chance at emailing the paypal addy. Sure sounds bad though. Waiting one more day won't change the fact that the money is probably already withdrawn.

It's hard to judge without knowing feedback, how long he's been here, ect.

I know you don't want to post his name, but how about his feedback stuff?

he has 5 positive feedbacks no negitave and been here since mid 07

Are they seller feedback? It's only been a few days, I wouldn't worry just yet. I'd give him until the weekend and if he hasn't responded with something, I would then let him know that all you want is to make sure its shipped, and tell him if you haven't heard from him by this evening, you will file a paypal claim.

3 of them are seller ill give it a few more days but if i see hees on and doesent respond again ill prolly immeaditly file
