a refund on the difference for the damaged chassis. Sound like

Ask futureal to track his IP address from his posts you can then find him thats way. Or have a computer guru track him through his e-mail IP depending on which e-mail server he uses. If you need help let me know via e-mail I have connections to help you with this.

Not yet...

He finally called and is insisting on a payment plan ($100 a week).
Just to get things over and done with, I said okay at first.
And I asked him to mail out post dated checks. He first
said ok but later said that he does not have a checking
account and the wife would not issue a check in his behalf
because she is mad at him. He said his parents and friends
would not vouch for him either.

I mainly wanted him to send me one package with all the
checks because I honestly would like to end dealing with him.
And I am concerned that I would have to call him to follow up each
time the next check would be dalayed or something like that. It
would then be another charade of phone tagging and/or short
PMs asking to wait. That is what has been happening all
thru out this stupid ordeal. And I am not doing it again!

After pulling teeth with him over the phone, he finally insisted
that he wont be able to send me Post Dated Checks and would
just send out Money Orders per week, starting next week.

As far as I am concerned, I have done what needs to be done.
I have taken all the advices given to me and its now on-going.
If he sends all those money orders, then well and good. But if
not, it will only be a matter of time before the law would make
him pay for what he has done.

Either way, HE WILL PAY!!!

ron don't cash the money orders untill you get all of them
once you cash one of the money orders it will delay legal
action if he decides not to pay after the first or however
many money orders he is planning on sending you.

this guy sounds like he is trying to get out of paying you
or at least minimize how much of your money he will give
back.

from the sound of things it sounds like he's trying to dictate
how you'll get your money back.

Kenchoco get over your self. I guess its convinient to say you
are working it out when you still have Rons money. If you were
to really work it out then you would have given the money back
or at least not spend the money he paid you untill you could
ship the item out. as for drama youre the one that needs to
get off your soapbox and just payup. your definition of working
things out is another week of stalling.

I hate people like this a$$hole that think when they need some money they can just rip somebody off. ***NEWSFLASH*** if you need money get a JOB or quit over extending yourself financially.
