I know there won't be a swat team knocking down the door, however the website turns information into both local police departments and the Internet crimes division of the FBI. Google it, I'd post it but I can't copy and paste since I'm posting from an iPod.

Mail fraud , theft by receiving and if it is more than 500.00 dollars more problems .Felony
But i think it would be a felony even though , because it was an internet fraud .
This one is easy , contact you County Internet Crimes Division , his e-mail is traceable to an Ip addy ,his ip pinpoints his home via his ISP Provider .Even if it is some BS user name , @ Yah@@.com , it is still linked to his ISP Provider , and his ip .
ISP = Internet Service Provider
IP = computer address ( like a house has an address )

im going to give him till tomor to reply to me. i sent him a last pm. if he doesn't pm me by this time tomor.... ill post his USER NAME up so everyone will know. and his ADDRESS so everyone will know where not to SHIP items too..... if he changes his name....

I know the trading thing is a little scary. I had a guy offering some stuff in trade for something I had for sale on here. I checked his Trader Rating 'cause I saw a lot of trades but he didn't have 100%. I noticed that he had some scamming (allegedly) on the feedback so I passed.
