Default what to do?

This while situation started from a item I sold on eBay, it got beat up in shipping and broke the shocks. I told the buyer I would take care of it( this is a month ago) so I bought and paid for a set of shocks on here from a member( only ten bucks) and I have not heard from this guy or seen the shocks in about 3 weeks, meanwhile the guy that bought the truck from me has filed a dispute on paypal all because this guy can't send my shocks or at least let me know what's goin on.
Any ideas?

been a minute since we talked bub but the only thing you can do is buy another set of shocks and have them sent right to the guy.. what was the R/C you sold him?

I find that I'm surprisingly curious as to just what sort of shock breakage could occur INSIDE A BOX...they're off-road shocks (RC10GT) for crying out loud, they're SUPPOSED to take a pounding and come back for more.

well the guy wont get anything from paypal, he got an item in the mail, if its not what he wanted, thats something he has to take up with you, not paypal. Your trying to take care of it, and what you should do is file a dispute yourself for the shocks you bought, or just refund the amount for replacement pieces for the shocks like the post above.

Not exactly true. Had the original sale been made here on RC Tech (or anywhere besides e-Bay) you'd be correct...if the buyer receives ANYTHING then PayPal says they're no longer involved. It looks, however, as if the original transaction was via e-Bay so the buyer MAY have more pull with PayPal via the e-Bay connection.

Either way, at this point (especially as long as it's been), you need to get your buyer taken care of NOW and deal with your seller (buying shocks) on your own. Since it appears you've promised your buyer new shocks (and he's been waiting FAR too long at this point) you should offer him a refund of the price of the shocks or to pick some up from a REPUTABLE online seller (like Stormers or some such) and get them to him ASAP.

was insurance offered? if buyer didnt purchase shipping insurance than thats too bad...however, i call BS on the parts being "broken" in shipping. If they are broke they were likely broke before shipping.
