Here's another bad trader - 'afish'
PLEASE NOTE:
I recieved my radio / reciever & bag today.
The items were in the condition that was described so I can not complain about that.
I still cannot say this was a good transaction, It took a rediculous amount of effort to get him to ship this stuff.
I understand that people have issues, and sometimes unexpected things cause delay.
All I can say is if this was the problem, he should have let me & others know exactly what was going on.
I have cancelled the paypal claim & I will not leave negative feedback, as Im hoping that his 25+ positive feedbacks mean that this is just a one time deal.

When did you purchase from him. I purchased a JR Servo and he had not shipped it out as of last week. He did tell me last week was crappy so he would ship it today. If it has not been to long I would give it a few more days before you start bashing the guy. Then again I have no idea how long you have been waiting for your item.

He supposedly shipped it out on monday the 7th, then recieved it back at his address on the 9th.
Was supposed to ship it back out on saturday the 12th but didnt get to the PO in time.
I told him that at 5:30pm today I would file a paypal claim & insure everyone knew about him if he did not provide me with shipping details & tracking.
He has been online today & hasnt replied to my PM's

Man don't tell me this i bought a power supply from him on friday. He gave me his # and i have talked to him on the phone. We were susposed to meet up but he said he had a change of plans and he said he would ship it so i don't know. I really hope he is not a BUNK seller that will suck because going through paypal claims SUCK BAD. Well i will keep you all posted on if i get it.

I think that rc tech website should get better with those shit.. i mean i am hearing more and more of this.. i see that they get the idea to mess anyones head up that theyre really getting what its said.. thats why i request pictures, and converse more, look up thier trader ratings..

In defense of RC tech, it isnt the mod's resposibility to take care of our dealings.
They dont get anything from it. maybe if they got a percentage of what we sell/buy then they could control it... hmmm sounds like paypal..
I think that we, as a community need to watch out for each other when we can.

I think getting his address through his cell # or land line shouldn't be a big deal for your local police. They will cordinate the deals on the thread and have him arrested.

Sorry to hear about that. I'd be pretty pissed. Something that maybe this site should do is something more like rcnitrotalk. They make you have 100 post's before you are allowed to post anything for sell and must be a trusted member for 3 months without any infractions.

If I dont have the radio or a refund by wednesday at 10am (after the mail runs)
I have already spoken to the police & they told me all I need to do is sign a statement & provide details of all my communications with him - which I have them all saved.
They will contact his local PD and they will go out to speak with him, if he cannot fix the situation they will issue a warrant.
The officer at my local PD said that they are very strict on internet fraud these days, and they will pursue it.
