I do agree about the communication. But stuff seems a little odd and I am not
alone with these problems with this guy. I really don't get it. Everybody is human and makes mistakes. All I really wanted was honesty. If there was a problem and It was gonna take a while then I would have been more than
happy to work things out, but the odd stories and the time frame just aren't matching up. So all I can do is try to protect myself and help my friends on here
by making sure everyone knows what kind of issues this guy is having. Hell I even forgot to put a part in a box a week ago. I made sure I righted my wrong.
Thats all I want.
Thanks for the input

Exclamation ?

Just saw this post on one of rcracerjunky's thread. This makes me worried!

This is too good a coincidence NOT to be true.

I'd bet $5 that rcracerjunky / CJ Rhimes is no one other than good ol' Corey Johnson (CJ...good one) / nwcorey and a number of other bogus names. He's even known to have moved out to Medical Lake. Gets a few legit trades under his belt, then starts putting the screwin' on folks.

Have a look through http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=121567

Default Sorry to hear

Randy is a good guy, I bought stuff from him and got the item within 3 days , I really can't ask for a better service. Sorry to hear you didn't get your stuff Randy, sorry you have to deal with scumbag like him.

To me it really doesn't matter what thread this ad in, it help other buyer out there beware of scammer and scumbag. When you buy or sell item here where do you go? Here of course, you don't go to other thread to buy or sell. When you see an ad like this you should be grateful that someone out there is looking out for YOU. What happen when you buy stuff from this Rcracerjunky and didn't get your item ? You will be fuking piss off , that's what happen. So be thankful he's looking out for you, also you can ask everyone in here how much this ad help them out and every other ads similiar to this? Alot !!!!!! End of story .

Once again sorry to here you got ripped off Randy.

Randy,
I got screwed on an Ebay sale once.

I emailed the person the law pertaining to Mail Fraud and it's penalties. Also, pointed out it was a federal crime.

Had my money overnighted to me.

MAIL FRAUD DEFINITION AND PUNISHMENT

Whoever

1) having devised, or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud,
or
2) for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan…
3) something of value or some item…and
4) places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter
5) any item to be delivered by interstate carrier

shall be fined …or imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both.

What a tool weaponx is. It's like someone pointed a gun at him and made him read this thread. God forbid that people are made aware of scammers. What an idiot. He chimed in with the same crap on another thread concerning a scammer.

I feel for ya bro. But if you go look at that rcuniverse page you quickly figure out that the fella aint too smart! If you're gonna scam someone why not make it worth the risk and get something good? He scammed a RTR TC3 and Losi MF2. Could he have picked two older cars?
