Default RCWAFFLE,,,EBAYER, KADE & JIM CARTER

It is ultra easy for scammer to claim the have not gotten there goods and get there money back. Even though I provided Paypal and Ebay with a valid tracking number showing it had been delivered to the address, they still gave him his money back.

Ebay has eliminated all routes of recourse for the seller, we cannot leave feedback or do anything except report an item unpaid. The state attorney told me it is a civil matter.

So it is fair to say that ANYONE, ANYONE. Can order something off of EBAY, recieve the item, report that they have not recieved it and get there money back. This is the second time it has happened to me this year. I will not use Ebay again.

THIS GUYS REAL NAME IS KADE CARTER

HE USES THE SELLER NAME OF RCWAFFLE, AMONGST OTHERS. I HAVE LEARNED THROUGH OTHER SITES, THAT SINCE EBAY CHANGED THERE SYSTEM, HE IS DEFRAUDING SELLERS. THIS IS HIS ADVANTAGE, BECAUSE SELLERS CAN NO LONGER LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, AND IT IS ON THE SELLER TO PROVE DIFFERENT.

HE WILL PURCHASE ITEMS FROM YOU, PAY YOU AND ONCE RECIEVED FILE WITH PAYPAL, THAT HE NEVER RECIEVED THEM. PARTS THEM OUT AND SELLS THEM, BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO REBUT HIS CLAIM.

HERE IS A COUPLE OF KICK IN THE NUTS, FOR YOU....

That tracking number should be enough to get PP off your back - They won't return the funds if you have a tracking number.

You could ship an empty box with a tracking no and they would be happy.

This is the truth. I had an ebay seller send me 2 of the 3 items I purchased from him and Paypal said they can't do anything because he sent something.

So as long as the seller sends at least an empty box with a tracking number paypal screws the buyer.

RCWAFFLE Strikes again!

That is why he is on my ignore list, and can NOT bid on my auctions.

For your protection you need 'signature needed" on the shipment. Sorry to hear about the loss. Goes to show how some people make money sometimes, by scamming!

Wow, I just remembered that back in January I bought about $1500.00 worth of stuff from him on ebay. I had no problems at all, but I will definitely not be buying anything more from him again.

Nice...it's always nice to see a scammer get caught...(or in the process of getting caught).

My bad...

I know two wrongs don't make a right, but why don't you bid, win pay, and then reverse the charges, just like he did to you... You know, get your truck back...
