After much communication between vintagetamiya and myself Sambonee we have resolved the issue with excellent results. He has refunded all my money including the 3% FEE that paypal charges. This is an example of the honorable person he is. Even though some time has passed, I can say that I would GLADLY purchase from him in the future.

I had mentioned in all my posts that at no time did i think that Vintagetamiya showed all the markings of an dishonorable trader. My concern was only with the laps in communication. This has all been rectified beyond my expectations.
