Default Need your opinion.....not sure what to do.

Guys, I need a little help here.

I'm leaving all other names out of this...

I had some stuff up for sale and a guy responded and said he wanted the stuff. No problem. Said he was sending the Money Order out on Tue. 12-11-07. So I let my thread slip back and waited for a MO......that still hasn't came yet. He's been online since then.....I've pm'd him a few times to see if he's still interested and if he sent the MO. He has not responded in any way. In your opinion, am I in the wrong to assume he's not buying and continue pushing my items to sell. I don't want to do anybody wrong.....but I think he may be trying to stall me until he does really have the money... or he's to chicken to say he's changed his mind.

LMK what you guys think.
Thanks, SK

I would send him a pm stating last chance.
If he does not respond I would relist the items.

If the money order shows up and you still have the items then they are his, if you no longer have the items I guess he's S.O.L. and you can return the money order to him.

It would cost him a few dollars but he can have it re-issued.

Is there a way I can tell if he's read my pm's? He's really new to rctech and has 0 posts or feedback.

You used to be able to request a read receipt, but I'm not sure you can do it any more.

When you go to send a pm, right below your reply box is a misc options box. It is the top option.

I just sent you a pm with a read receipt request, if you get the request it still works.

Me personally??? If he's not responding, and he hasn't sent you a tracking/confirmation number by now....Forget him. Get your stuff back up for sale.
If I had a dollar for every person that said they were buying something on here, only to never hear from them again, I could take a nice 7-day cruise...lol.
My personal policy on money orders when I am selling something is....If they don't send me the tracking number the NEXT day, then the deal is off...right then! That is on top of the fact that I only accept POSTAL money orders now. Too many fake jobs out there....

Just my 2 cents, but you'll learn pretty quickly on here, that it's sold when YOU have the money in your hand, or in your paypal account, and not a minute before.

Good luck,
Brad
