All that I am asking is for my money back. This guy didn't even test the servo that he sent me when it was opened.

Two possibilities:

1. Servo was mishandled either by buyer or seller

2. Servo was bad from factory

I don't know how a servo could be non-operational after just plugging it in the wrong way. I've made that mistake lots of tmes, and the servo never got damaged that much. But maybe it could happen, and I was just lucky.

So if servo is not working, and no one damaged it, then it was bad from the factory. I have purchased a servo like that before, and expensive $100+ Airtronics.

I sent the servo to them and they fixed it for free. Maybe you could try that. They will also be able to tell you why it was bad...misuse or bad from the factory.

Two weeks from payment to delivery isnt something to complain about. Ive dealt with hoby shops in the past that were a lot slower, especially if they ship one or two days a week.

If the servo was new in the box, and unopened, it is no the sellers problem, rather the manufacturers. You said yourself that it was new, therefore the seller is not responsible.

You complain about the guy posting your address, but then you post his. Not very mature. Its legal to post that kind of information, and it can be found on Google, by the way.

I have to wonder how new that new in the box Hitec servo is, you said you were running it before buying this one.
