a few days ago i sold pinggoy a schumacher mi2 and a big lot of parts.
he tells me he will pay me thurs day. a few days later.
I said ok just dont give me the run around. he agrees and say he will pay in two days.
then i am looking on ebay,last night i see my stuff he has not paid me for, on auction.
the car and parts dont sell on ebay,
then he emails me with some lame excuse about his pay cheack had a problem now he doesnt want to pay for the car and parts he commited to. i would not have had a problem had he paid me or even told me he want out days earlyer.
i just want to give others a heads up
THIS GUY PLAYS GAMES!
DONT TRADE/OR SELL TO HIM YOU WILL BE SORRY!

If the auction in e-Bay didn't indicate "pre-sale" in some fashion he was in violation of very specific e-Bay rules re: not having product on-hand that you are auctioning.

At the very least report the auction to e-Bay. Doesn't get your car sold but maybe makes you feel a little better.

ya i kinda thought that was wrong!
i thought about buying it my self just to screw the guy!
but he ended the auction early then told me he wanted out.
ya your right i think i need to let e bay know about his doings
so some other guy doesnt get screwed!

Hey man, I bought a servo from Pinggoy a while back and the transaction was very smooth and he was very professional. he Doesn't seem like the type to do such a thing.

Maybe he was selling off his own car then changed his mind about yours? Don't really know, but he did me just fine in our deal. My $0.02 worth

Do you have a link to the ebay items and link to your ad to show they were the same items being sold? Would just help clarify for a few people.

ok heres what he did,
no there was no e bay link!
no it was not his car or parts!
all my pics were cloned then put on ebay.
i just ck ebay his reason for ending the auction early was broken or missing parts, now thats just an all out lie! he never owned them or ever saw them in person.
then he gives me a lie about why he wants out. i can deal with not selling my stuff i just want others to see the games he plays,
his e bay rate is 95% for a reason

ohh, so you never sent them to him? Just the pictures and he was trying to sell it off of the pitcures you sent him?? If so, thats pretty messed up.

here is what happend i did commit to buy his stuff and al off the sudden i realized i cant pay him since my paycheck was messed up. i list it on ebay so at least if it will sell i can still pay him.. but right now i ended it and just told this guy that i cant pay him. i hope that clear this situation.

bigcod thanx for the back up. i tried tp be professional.. as you can see on my feedback i did gave them the best transaction they have. but not all the time you can predict the situation that wll come...

it did not sell on ebay?? i made a deal with you last tuesday. the minimum day that you can have it is just 3 days. well now is the third day. but ebay canceled my item since they say it was spamming. so i relist it last night.. then i canceled it out this morning the same as i told this guy the reason.
