Claude Johnson 3rd Danbury CT Bad trader!! need help
I need your help, I got stuck in a bad deal with a guy by the
name of Claude Johnson 3rd from Danbury CT.
He races 8th scale at a local track (xtreme RC maybe?) he tells me. Anyone hear of this
guy / seen him at the track? He sold me a car and when I received it ,
it was nothing that he said it was. He said he would return my money
after he rounded it up (he spent the money I sent him)and now he will
not return his calls or emails.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I cannot stand deadbeat scammers.

Did you get scammed (received defective product) or still awaiting delivery?
I purchased from Claude awhile back...he is a notoriously slowwwwwwwwwwww shipper. His E-Bay feedback reflects his slow shipping nature also....xrcracing (E-bay name).
I did recieve my purchase and it was exactly as described.
I know I wasn't much help...but hopefully a piece of mind.

It will also come with 2/ 3300 packs...400.00 or make me an offer... takes it all.. send me a message if you want pics... I would also be interested in trade for an 8th scale buggy.
I got a buggy with a standard sphere ( not competition model ) that will not enter the setup mode (broke) and a hot bodies servo ( not the JR 590 ). He said he forgot to mention that the LED was bad , yeah right. I called him and he said he would pay me back but he already spent my money and needed to round up the money. NOT good for me. I have called to the point of harrassment and emialed him continueosl (sp) NO RESPONSE at all. He just shows no interest in following thru on his deals.
