Default Be cautious of this guy cunningham0406!!

I have recently seen he is back on the boards. It appears he has done some right but not with me. We made a rather large trade and he was never honest from the start. Lead me to believe I was getting a lot and when I got it he was like that's my bad, I thought I told you the games weren't on disks. Then I didn't even get half the games or what was supposed to be included with the trade.
When I told him, he seemed cool. Said he would ship them a style other stuff. Then all I got was excuses. Last one I got was the USPS damaged the box with everything in it. He told them and they said they would take care of it. So he supposedly threw everything away when it says plan and clear you have to gives the USPS the danger product. He just kept telling me he was waiting on them. After a while he told me his wife wrecked the car and he had no money. 6 weeks later he said she just got out of the hospital. I said she got in a wreck 6 weeks ago then he was like, yeah she has been out for two weeks but not working. All the excuses just got to be way to fishy. Now I can't get a hold of him and he won't even try and get a hold of me.
I have all the text from day one from this guy. Just be carful dealing with him. Not sure when he will do it again.

Well when your kids ask about the games you were supposed to get it makes it kind of hard to forget some things. I finally had to tell them that I more than likely won't be getting what I was supposed to be getting. Good guy, just did me wrong.

How is telling the truth about something or someone considered bashing? I don't get that one.
The way I see it we both figured that what you don't send me is well worth more than a few games.

And I will say this to anyone that reads this, who here wouldn't be sore if somebody basically stole something from there kids?

I just don't understand why people trade with strangers on the internet, no protection what so ever.

Even with protection there is still a good chance you are going to get screwed. Several of my last transactions involving forums and fleabay, have ended in having to get PayPal or eBay involved to resolve the issue.

Protection or no protection no matter how you take it, you're still getting screwed.
Would be nice to at least get a kiss first.

Or dinner first lol. I also have had more issues with Ebay the last two weeks, than I have in many years. I'm going with Tate on this. He go screwed on this deal, seller doesn't seem to concerned about making it right.
