That's messed up. How long has it been? Hopefully you paid with paypal and not as a gift.

Default Frustrated

I paid him the money on Dec 30th. He supposedly shipped my boxes out that same day by way of post office!! He won't provide me with the insurance paperwork that he Said he paid for. I sent the money western union like an idiot!!! I did not doubt him as an honest person until my truck didn't show up. I will never again use western union to buy something. I have all emails and texts from this guy too. I should have gotten a flux hp, electrify charger, dx3r!!!!

Sorry to hear that bud. That's why you should always use PayPal and just pay their fees. Sending as "gift" is fine for small items...but a big purchase like that...wow. Did you find him on this forum?

If so what's his username and please put it in the feedback section. Not sure why this is in the crawler section.

Or postal money order. Was wondering about why its here also lol. Depending on where its shipped to and from 10 day is not really that long for the post office. Not saying I wouldn't be worried about the lack of communication .

I hate to admit it but I sent the payment western union!! Stupid, I know! He said he shipped two boxes and insured it for 700. It was supposed to be the truck, lipos, electrify charger and DX3R rx /tx!! He shipped from Oregon to south Carolina by parcel post. He won't supply ins receipt for me to track. I guess maybe it could take 10 days but I doubt it. I ordered 2 sets of proline rims from someone in ME and they used parcel post but it was here in 4 days.

The only reason I posted in this forum was because he claimed to build custom tube chassis for crawlers and shipped them all the time. I figured you crawlers were close and someone had heard of this guy

Hope it works out for you, But 10 days from Or. to SC is not that long. I shipped a SCX10 Dingo from VA to KY parcel post last Tuesday the 3rd and it just got here on Friday the 13th, so 10 days to go like 200 miles

If you have copys of emails stating the terms and details of the sale and your western union reciepts to prove this sale went down and you payed then contact his states District Attorney. You can file theft charges against him in his state. You can also contact the FBI. From what Ive read theres an internet fraud division. But I would guess his local law enforcment could offer more help.

Default Colby cummings

Man, I am not a Facebook kinda guy! I had my daughter log in and check him out. Since he isn't a friend I can't see much about him. If any of u guys are Facebook regulars please ask him if he is into rc trucks and crawlers. I think this maybe the theif. Let me know if he answers u guys. Thanks for all of the help with this. if he does say yes then please tell him to stop being a douche bag and ship my damn flux!!!! I have cops looking into him now as well. The post master is going by his house on Tuesday. Hopefully if enough people rattle his cage he will do the right thing. Thanks again to all of u!!

That sucks. You want to have faith in people and a few people ruin it for everyone. I hope you get everything resolved.

I hope this works out, but it could just be the shipping method.
I had to return some Alpinestars boots to CA from NE and my wife sent them Parcel Post.
They actually took 3 weeks to get there according to the tracking number.
