Why am i paying extra $5 dollars fine for paying during the race day on the 27th Feb, 2011? I renewed my Pemkar Member along with the entrance fee with total of $55 BND. The extra $5 is a fine??? Is there an announcement before the race somewhere that i missed look at rctech or Facebook? Is it i am the only one who pay extra $5 that day? Will we be getting our member card with our member number, name, etc on it? Since i join PEMKAR, i never get any official receipt or member card.
Bro..kalau ko member sdh b4 race merdeka atu byrn mu 20 ja. Kalau ko apply member on the same date kira balum asi tu heheh.. Aku pn bepikiran sama jua kira kn skip mmbyr 25 tarus ku apply member on same day. Nda asi bui but for sure on the nxt pemkar race dpt th ko % tu

Regarding with the extra $5 was as far as i was told was not a fine but a late charge for registering during the raceday. In my view, i can see the late charge has a positive impact for future races (Drift or Touring Comp) conducted not only by PEMKAR but also private organisations I assume more positive reasons can be explained by our president.
Not only you but others who registered during the race day were charged $5.00 and even those who applied for membership on that day were charged $55.00. I also paid the extra $5 but well it's was my fault. So how did i know that others paid the extra $5.00? It's because i'm the one who collected the money on that sunday morning.

Nope... Even kalau member before the race, u still have to pay the extra $5.00 for registering that day. I paid the $5.00 too as i was a member this year in late January..Just to clear things out before more confusions pile up...
