Let me share some info of the MK2 engine durability and capability, Lastweek me & some of our local racer went over to Johor for the NIKO race, I had a misfortune since my NOVA S21WCS08 not giving me the speed and power I need, not sure what is the reason. So in desperation and short of time, I switch for my spare NOVA MAX engine which had a complete Caster racing MK2, Piston/Liner, Conrod and button head transplant, It might not be able to beat the 359 Tune or the Picco IDM or the Serio engines on the track but it did gave a good fight and enable me to qualify in the B-Mains, and ended up getting a 2nd spot in the B-main 30 minutes finals. I trust this engine will perform better in its own environment that is in the Offroad arena. MK2 is a nova based engine so it share the same caburator design and lots of power to blast on an offroad track.

remember ur MAX engine, it had a broken conrod and with a damage piston & liner, I have been trying to get the part but unavailable, actually SAM of hobbylink ask me to try out RB parts, and wen I compare the caster racing MK2 parts, it is similar in size since both is nova based engines. it has good speed and torque but mayb due to the older crankcase & crankshaft design it jus cannot beat the top end speed of the newer generation engine like novas or picco engines, tapi d makan nya jua a bunch of other cars on the track. and with that super cheap price, nothing much to complain. surprisingly the MK2 on my offroad udah running in 3 races and still feel o.k
actually aku cuma bawa engine atu to try out on the onroad circuit, tapi bila my nova kangaroo atu ada problem, terpaksa jua ku pakai untuk heat rather than withdraw from race.

dameetz... aku udah migrate to velox nie & with picco idm power, planning now for some interesting place to race, mayb jakarta or thailand awal tahun dapan. hope u can join us jua, ani planning awal2 so can plan cuti jua and prepare budget. wonder bila tah kitani ada proper track locally, everytime lumba d luar negeri kana tanya about out track and race schedule. nda terjawab geng...
