Who would I contact to buy a crate of OEM motors without brushes, springs or stickers?

No one in Australia, but you could contact any of the US based motor "Tuners" im sure they could arrange something, all depends on the quantity that you are looking for.

Original Equipment of Manufacture, not sure if it's the right term to use in this case

Yeh well it's generally used in relation to cars, it's basically the opposite to aftermarket parts
