Default Beast Raptor motors for Mini-T in aus?

Anyone have a idea weather anyone stock them in Australia? Have had a look on the net at most places and can't find them?

Anyone know?

Thanks

It's try and get one of those, or save up for a Mamba kit, $265 is a bit mouch for a mamba kit though.

Mamba is cheaper then that, even the 8000kv motor + controller is under $200au inc postage (online shops + ebay).

I have the 6800kv and it hauls well Recommended! Don't know if a rear wheel drive car will be able to handle it though, you would have to be good on the throttle!
(mines in a RC18T, 4WD).

One great thing is the mamba controller can be upgraded with new programs (you need the USB interface).

The 6800KV will flip a RC18T in grass, a 8000KV in a 2WD mini-T would be interesting

Hope you got the USB interface included in that price The later software does make a difference.

Re: the beeps you will have to read the manual, I forget now since I set mine up via USB. You will need a receiver connected (with transmitter on) if u dont it might be going into setup mode?

re: battery dont know, my 18th runs a different pack. Id replace the battery bars and wires on that one though, attached is a photo of mine.

NOTE: Photo is before I replaced the battery bars...

Go here.
A 6.8K Mamba for $100 USD.
http://www.b-p-p.com/index.php
Insane in a mini-t.
When you get a handle on it then get a set a set of 11v LiPo's....
Uncontrolable..
I normally use a set of 7.v LiPos but have one 11.1 pack just to do demos.
It's worth it!!!
Go Mamba
even the 4.8k is awsome. The 8k is insane.
I'm actualy going to buy a 5.4k for my normal toy. With a 1.8Ah LiPo you get nearly 30 mins run time!!!

I have got the mamba 6800 now. I'm trying to get the pinions gear, servo and battery packs so i can run it. Not so easy when your not in a metro area. I have my lhs on to it but i tell you he's not getting good service from modelflight. he get's stuff from them it takes over a week and i know it's not his fault.

I will be posting a thread about there service later

Matthew

Edit - spelling
