BTW, Im talking about corporate networks.
Novarossi,

Leave Rodm alone. You should be banned from posting as you don't even have anything to do with rc.

I think it should be up to the admins of the forum to make the decision on whether an avatar is acceptable or not. I suggest PM'ing funreal and see what he thinks on the issue.

I am sure he has already seem my avatar as I have had it for over a year and have made nearly 700 posts, if it did not offend him straight away then I don't think it is a issue,

I have had at least half a dozen guys PM me commenting that I have a cool Avatar, as well as plenty of guys at my local tracks, (even my wife like the picture)

if "God boy" get offended by a simple sign of affection or a bit of skin then he does not belong in western society. If he wants a society where there is no Porn and women are conservatively dressed he can go to Saudi Arabia or Iran where Islamic Sharia law is enforced.

Hey guys, its not the fact the two girls are kissing, it's the satifaction in their eyes that this prude is complaining about.
Besides, lesbians have more rights to express themselves than the average hetro male

With respects Rod,

If he wants a society where there is no Porn and women are conservatively dressed he can go to the Bible Belt USA view of America, as expounded by George W. Bush. ;-)

and

"By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

I believe that what may be considered obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening by the average American, would be completely different to what was considered obscene, sexually-oriented, etc to an Australian, German, or Scandanavian.

There are many studies and polls out there, that acknowledge the average Americans prudness compared to the more mature average European.

Just compare the sex scenes in mainstream say French or Italian movies with the sex scenes in Hollywood movies. For example, Hollywood is not brave/mature enough to show full frontal nudity. But that is considered "ho hum" in Germany, Greece etc.

Maybe a POLL could help us define obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated?

Because it appears that teamgp's definition disagrees with many of ours.

I have had some guy complain about my avatar and basically told him where to go!
I think my Avatar is kind of exciting
Some people just like to complain it makes them feel important for about a millisecond.

first of all MRIMPACT,...BUTT (GET IT ) OUT OF THIS CONVERSATION

anyway, just remember this Rod. firstly heterosexuals and gay and lesbians all have the same rights (i think ) to show their expressions of love yada yada yada. if you had a avatar of a bloke and a chick kissing bible boy probably wouldn't complain. essentially there is nothing wrong with it...it's only two hot looking chicks getting love from one another cuz some stupid arse bloke wasn't smart enough to offer some form of sexual satisfaction when they were hot a ready for it

lesson of the day kids: learn to pick up on subtle body language cues or you'll find you'll miss out
