i found that the novak smart tray works a treat and its so easy to use so you cant go wrong!!!!!!

thats all i ever use to equalize the cells after discharge and the cells always come up trumps!!!!

Default GP3300 CELLS

I have only just acquired this charger and I am after assistance with a setup for GP3300 cells. Please post on this forum site, so that others can use the settings.

Thankyou.
Calvin.

outside of Au the only place I found were shops in Korea, and the price is exactly the same as here, excluding shipping.

your better off getting it from your local RC shop.

The charger has trumps on the LRP... the LRP is still a good unit if you dont need fancy features or more discharge grunt. I like model memory, dunno if the LRP has this.... For the cost of a supernova comp, I doubt there's anything better (for the money).. who knows

For my GP3300 matched packs:

6A charge (stock racing) 5A charge (mod racing)
20A discharge setting
3mv/Cell delta peak
50C cut off temp
<Linear> charge mode
<Re-Peak> for peaking before a race (change Delta peak to 1mv/Cell when repeaking)

I use the same settings for the IB3600's, but with a 5mv/peak, coz they just arent as good as GP's.

For my KAN1050 pack's, 1.5A charge, 3A discharge, 6mv/Cell delta

For my AA Stick pack (8 AA's in transmitter), 1A, 6mv/Cell delta

For my lathe, motor run in screen, 3.0V

For running in motors, 2V, coupla mins

What do you have your peak delay set at? 1-10 minutes.

the instruction manual that comes with the charger says:

peak delay (nicd/nimh only):
The charger does not start the peak detection at the beginning of charge to prevent the charger from accidentally stopping too early.
- the adjustable range is 1 to 10 minutes.

so basically, it wont peak detect until after this time variable has passed.

mine is set to 4 mins, but i might change it to something higher for some of my more stubborn batteries that like to think they are charged when they definately arent..

motor run in feature.. mine said something about a connection error last time i used my lathe. i just unplugged and rechecked the connection to the lathe, and it worked fine...
