I don't know about Townsville, I guess that is what your location means, but RC Hobbies in New Town and RC Pit Yagoona both have RC Paints chrome, it is very good. Also good is Alclad chrome for lexan, but it's a bit hard to find.

Avoid the LRP stuff, it peels badly.

Tamiya produce a very shiny metallic silver (which is backed up by black to bring out the chrome). You can generally find Tamiya PC paints in hobby stores and even toy stores such as Toyworld.

There's a PS48 metallic silver, PS41 Bright silver, PS36 translucent silver and a normal silver.

I take it you're talking about the metallic silver? I'll have to give that a go.

Ok, thanks, I'll try RCPit.

The Tamiya paint is 86048 PS-48 Metallic Silver (Chrome) - 100ml Spray Can.
RC Pit sells Ghiant chrome 150ml spray can which gives a better chrome finish. Make sure body is perfectly clean and back with black paint.

Spaz stix is brought in by ace hobby distributors , so Kelletts will have it in stock
And the chrome in a spray can is as good as you'll get.

Cheers
Chad
