4WD MINI RULES - VIC
For Victorian racers, the sheer amount of newly bought 4WD Minis (they're everywhere!) has meant we've responded to the call for a more permanent rule set. And here they are...
(Please note, this is NOT an official VORTEC class, this is just a rule set for everyone to go by given that a lot of clubs have shown interest in running the class)
Chassis -
Any 4wd mini size chassis.
Bodies -
Bodyshells are open with the exception of Wedge/12th scale style shells. As long as they are made for a mini chassis.
Tyres -
Any commercially available rubber mini-sized tyre, in any combination and/or compound, with any insert.
Motors -
13T/3000KV Hobbywing OEM/rebranded COMPLETE SYSTEM with max 25 or 35 amp ESC and engraved /etched can. No modifications are permitted to motors.
Batteries -
Any 2 cell Hard-cased approved 7.4 Lipo packs as listed on the ROAR website (http://www.roarracing.com/approvals/lipobattery.php), or EFRA website (http://news.efra.ws/index.php?id=232) or BRCA website (http://www.brca.org/?q=content/homol...1-updates/1402).
