Default Group 20

The reason group 20 isnt run very much anymore is the motors arent commercially available at all from motor manufactures as we here in Australia are the only country to race with them and we havent got a big enough market for them to keep producing the motor.

I agree the motors are great but thats the reason.
I hope this helps

Cheers

On or off road you talking?? , I use a 19x2 at Wodonga off road all the time, some times my G20.

The G20 went to the way side because you just put the hardest springs you could find, the highest silver compound brushes, and screw the timing until the end bell nearly comes off.

Use it a few times and order a new arm.

Stock has just got out of hand, but as long as the cash flows nothing will change.

The fast guys in G20 now use hard brushes... moderate timing and the largest pinion you can find. This seems to work just as good as the other way with little wear compared to the silver brushes

So what you are saying is that the 19t should go just as hard as the G20 at the nats?

TJ - the top Seniors are still hunting out G20 motors for the Nats. I think that is an indication of what motor will be the fastest.

Default 20X1 VS 19X1

any 20 turn will kick the living shit out of a 19 turn there simply build to go faster and a 19 turn was created simply becsuse it was a cheaper alternative for manafactures and sound faster (i did some research)
