Not sure on what happens when you turn it over to change the track but I know it makes it like cement. It also doesn't mind water stops the surface from washing away. I will find out how much it is if you google supercross Bmx tracks in USA or Australia for some kind of idea.

Practice then marshall...best way to ensure everyone has a fair shot.

The amount of setup for timing is the same with either practice or 'full' :-)

We'd prefer everyone pay before the close date on the 9th so we know numbers etc for catering and organising.

if you need alternative options (cash to me, paypal etc ) send me a PM

Sorry, there will be no power available Sunday.

Only on race days and for maintenance purposes power is made available.

Just a reminder to every one that practice on Sunday could be limited. Some surface work may be required on Sunday, I.e Watering and Rolling/whacking.

Also some rain is currently forecast for late morning onwards so could effect play as well Sunday.

So at this stage there is no guarantee on how long and what times the track will be available. But we will endeavor to keep it open as much as possible.

Hopefully see some off you there Saturday for the working bee.

Cheers

For those wondering what will happen tomorrow at the working bee

the committee has updated the track maps on the web site.

check them out..... http://www.arcr.org.au/location

there are changes to the jumps from the front triples to the back straight.

we look forward to seeing you at the working bee. the more help we get the better the track can be.

drinks will be available.

There will be a lot of members going to the track for a practice next week and that also will help the track to get ready for the next week two days event.

Default TRACK UPDATE

Big thanks to those who came out to help today....unfortunately due to low numbers today at the working bee not all of the work got done today so tomorrow myself and some others will be doing the rest tomorrow.

So the track will be closed tomorrow....I know some ppls had planned practice but getting the track ready for Offroaderfest take precedence other practice...'sorry guys'.

However track will be open Wednesday..? depending whether track is dry enough from Mondays expected rain, Thursday it will be open. Friday will be closed to repair the track and final grooming for the weekend.

I will keep you informed of track opening and closure.

Cheers,
Phil
