There's not a bad track i can't handle....

If ya buggy doesn't disappear in the hole....then it ain't big enough.

A sprinkle of magic star dust and some help from Mark and presto...

Track will be closed Friday for repairs.

Phil...

Some of them were big enough to loose the buggy in or at least throw it off the track and I don't need any help with that. The bigger wheels of the ST were a bit more capable over the rough stuff.

I trust in your magical powers Phil, bring on the weekend.

Hi All

Remember to get your entries in for this weekends opening round of the series.
just a reminder there are no club rounds this year.
the committee has decided on the new points score, and should be on site soon.

Hi guys, quick hello....

Looking forward to racing for the first time at MP this weekend! I will be racing in 2wd Mod, whilst I think I am going to be slow compared to the regulars, I feel I have a bit too much experience for novice- we will find out soon enough anyway

Quick question: my son will be racing in novice but does not have a transponder, does the club have transponders? If not will this pose any problems?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris

don't worry I can't keep up with some of the Novice driver either

as for the transponder, the club has no transponders at this stage.
with the Novice class they are not always required.

What type of car will he be running?
if he will be running the Junior Stock for points it would be best if he had one.
some of the members like myself have spare transponders you can use on the day.
Hope this helps

It will be good to see some new faces at racing. Make yourself known and don't be afraid to ask questions. You will get plenty of good advice and help on the day.

Horn or servo? If the servo isn't metal geared, it won't last long

Hopefully you can get it back on the road. or if not, still drop around for a chat. We're happy to help out!

Hi Mark,

He will most likely be racing a 2wd SC for saturday, we are not planning for him to compete in the junior championship just yet, I'm sure he would be happy to circulate and have some fun.

Look forward to seeing you all out there....

Yeah servo, if it was the horn it would be on the road already. Got a metal gear one coming just hope I brought the right one. Got a dozen small servos for aircraft, but none that can be used in the car. Very steep learning curve been a while since I've used rc so alot to learn.

Cheers guys enjoy the heat I'm glad I'm inside for once, still muggy though what are we Queensland?
