Need Some Help With Cutting A Body.
Hi there guy just wondering if I could grab some tips or suggestions. I recently bought myslef a 190mm painted Mazda 6 body. Now I need some help cutting the 4 holes on the Wing of the body (the kind of oval shaped ones) I want to know what the best way of doing this is without damaging the paint as It really does look good and I don't want to damage it.
All help is much appreciated!

For the slotted holes i use the reamer for each end and then using my curved scissors i trim the section between.
A dremel can also be used to neaten the slot up.
Its one of those jobs that can be a pain unfortunately but should come out fine if you take your time

Ohk now i know wat your talking about i thought you wer talking about the holes to mount the wing to the body...
Id go with wat itchy b said use a dremel.. Use a body reamer to start the hole at each end then use a hobby knife to cut it out just be stedy with your hand then use a dremel with say a sanding bit just to clean it up and get a nice clean finish
Hope this helps

never seen anyone cut out the holes. Dont bother. You will only reduced the rear downforce and ruin the handling of the car.
