BERGONZONI R1 2011 BUGGY 1/8
I recently bought an R1 nitro buggy and have been very impressed
Bergonzoni is a small italian company that is best know for thier 1/5 scale on road cars
Theres only a small number of these here so i guess this thread is for anyone to post thier own opinions on the r1 or anyone interested in buying one
Feel free to ask questions about the buggy and hopefully we can provide some answers Photos to follow

Yeah, check out www.nprs.com.au for all Bergononi stuff.
An old friend of mine runs the store, and he imports Bergonzoni Buggys and Bitty Designs body shells (amongst other stuff I think).
Speak to Nic (RCTech user Poltro) with any questions and I'm sure he'll do you a great deal
Bitty Designs shells are stocked by Rypers in WA also.

hey guys,
stumbled upon the bergonzoni while googling info about the ascari engines...
very interesting design... they look to perform very well but cost wise worth every penny?? as well as a race winning design...
you should get the buggy over for this weekends AKA race at liverpool Radio rally Club, if possible to showcase it for people ,to get some interest..
if not this weekend then perhaps come race at the Sworkz summer challenge
www.lrrcc.com - look in events up coming , hope to see you

yeah no doubt italian pride them selves on top design and quality.. which is 99.9999% awsome ie the new REDs Racing R5T buggy engines... OMG , the importer here in sydney has them instock and wow they look fantastic.. the effort in design and look... very well marketed and light as can be.. SO there and then i did a Lay by as there were only 3left!.. and for a good price.
so come on get begonzoni over here to sydney... lets see what its made of

shame... , well i hope you can make the Sworkz summer challenge.. as long as it doesnt collide... or mabe some one that races the buggy...
its a very tough and competitive buggy and engine market now so anything over 670 will have find it some what of a challenge but knowing its italian made people will take that into account and go fro quality 99% of the time.. and reputation.
