Southern Highlands Off Road R/C Car Club Inc.
Do you live in the NSW Southern Highlands (Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale, Bundanoon) or nearby and are interested in RC Cars, preferably 1/10th Off-road Electric Powered buggies??
There area couple of us down here who would like to get together with the thought of forming a club in the near future and racing a couple of times a month.
If you are interested please make yourself known on this thread and lets see if we can organise an informal get together first and then see where that takes us!
About me - I'm a Dad with a couple of young kids who love my RC cars and learning and wanting to race too. I raced in the 1990's took a break for some 17 years and now race from to time in Sydney, mostly Castlehill Off-road when I can get there.
So make your self and lets get racing!

Yes, yes, yes - what a fantastic idea!
Let me know what I can do to support this…
Like you David, I am a father who used to race many years ago. Now with a son who is super keen to race 1/10 off-road. I still have all my gear, and now after a couple of birthdays so does my son.
We have recently travelled to Sydney to experience a couple of club meetings, which is a 3hr round trip. And having recently moved from Sydney to the Southern Highlands, the area appears to be perfect for an RC car club and i'm sure this would benefit the local community young and old.
Regards,
Scott

Old school Reedy Sonic Brushed 15T Quad. Other cars will be modern. Only reason I use the Vintage is that my son needs my 2.4ghz Transmitter to drive the TRF 201 I have set up for him. My daughter has a DB-02 and her own 2.4ghz transmitter. That way we can all run at once.

First Informal Meet
Thanks, Dave, Scott, Ben, Lily, Isaac and Phoebe for turning up today for a bit of RC Car fun at Eridge Park!
Next step is to find a possible indoor venue to start running some races! The mayhem today was fun, with some good old drag races as well!
Lets keep the momentum going!
