That Liverpool track is nuts! I would say thats the best track in Oz I've seen so far! Well done guys.

100% clay.

We are about to do a rebuild before the 2010 1/8th Off Road State Titles.

I watched the footage and that track held up throughout the whole event,You say 100% clay which I assume is the same clay used in brick making.

There are many different types of clay. I'm no expert. The clay the track is currently made from is a very fine grey clay, it came from the works being done at Alexandria for the desal plant. Was dug out from 14m down, very clean

Yep well that’s the reason then .As proper clay is fine particles of dust which binds into a hard surface.
