I'm not 100% on this, but thought I'd answer the Q) on location.

Fred Caterson Reserve, just next to Field # 4 from memory.
The reserve is accessable from Gilbert Rd just off Showground Rd, Castle Hill.

Turning onto Gilbert from Showground, you turn left at the set of lights to enter the park area. Drive along the road and at the first intersection keep to the right (don't turn down the left road). Next there will be a little access road going down the hill on your left, a bit of a fork in the road almost. This turnoff was closed when I went there so I had to park at the top and walk down.
At the bottom of the drive, the soccer/football field is straight ahead and on your left is the off-road track. You can't miss it if you get this far.

Cheers!
Oggy.

edit: I looked down and ROFL'd

Default Nitro at Castle Hill?

Did I read earlier that Castle Hill off-road is starting to get Nitro people racing?

If this is true, then I'll probably come down later in the year to play in the dirt with my Nitro buggy.

Go down Showground road heading from Windsor Rd towards Castle Hill

Turn Left at Castle Hill Showground down Gilbert Rd

Turn left again at the first set of lights (heads into Fred Caterson Reserve)

Continue on past the first left turn (and give way sign) and take the second left (Field 4).

Yeah Castle Hill runs a Nitro Truck class, you'd have to ask fastolfart (Pete Ellis) about running a Nitro Buggy...

The address is Field 4 /Fred Caterson reserve Castle Hill. If you turn of showground road at Gilbert Rd ( set off light next to the showground) then at the next set of light turn left into the Reserve, follow the road to Field 4, turn into the car park and we are at the other end. Can't miss us
