Could you be more specific and tell us which link you clicked? Is it this one: http://www.alycat.com/DriverEntries ? Norton would have probably overreacted because that link will download the program OnlineDriversEntry.exe, which it rightly would because many antivirus programs are always suspicious when you download .exe files. Are you sure Norton actually removed something, and not have just given you a warning?

I would say that it was a false positive.

The club, and many others have used this software for years without a problem. I've personally used it on computers running Norton 360, AVG, Avira, and they all have never indicated that the software is a virus/spyware/malware.

PS this software was not created by anyone from the club, instead it is created by Alycat, the company that makes the timing system. I doubt that they would put a virus into their program.

About a day to go before entries close. So please have your entries in , you can enter online or pm me your details . Support the round 2 hosted by Gosford as we always have supported these series.

Due To low Number of entries Gosford City Radio control club will be running the Round 2 over one day only i.e The 1st of November 2009 (Sunday only).
Entries are Still open.

Entries Fees Are REDUCED TOO
$30 for first division, $20 for each additional division.

Program Proposed Schedule
8 : 00 Am -----Track Setup
8 : 45 Am ----- Registration Confirmation
9 : 00 Am to 9 :30 Am ----- Open Practice.
Followed By Drivers meeting And first round of qualifying.etc...

Please find attached the preliminary grid listing.
A local wireless network will be available at the venue. Bring along your internet browser enabled wireless device and you can see the current race, results, etc from your own pit table.
Please note that you need to confirm and pay your registration fee before 8.45am

I'd like to congratulate everyone involved in hosting this event. It was well run, friendly, and lots of fun for all who attended. Hope to see everyone at the next round.
