As it states is anyone using APPS on their I-phone that help in day to day racing or any other aspects?

sold my iphone b4 I got back into rc, but I think the gps program that records your highest speed would be useful.

iGearChart is the only one I know of.. (bookmark on the iphone for easy use)

RC Logbook is a good one. It's designed for RC planes but you could use it for electric racing of any sort. Keeps track of how many flights I've done on a plane, plus how many cycles my individual batteries have had etc.

Really worthwhile if you're an electric racer.

I use Go Figure Lite to do roll-out calculations. It's no longer available as such on the App Store, but is now sold as Go Calc and goes for $7.99.

Go Calc

You can create custom calculations, so I built one that calculates roll-out for both of my cars by inputting tyre diameter, pinion, and spur using slider bars.

Quick and easy to use once you have set it up.
