Nah i didnt bother with the spray at the end because I saw that the oil from the spray was leaking out onto the chassis plate and outdrives. I used a very thin layer of tamiya molybdenum and it works great

Hey I was just looking at some speedmind foams. Do you know if their 40 shore rating is the same as the grp ones? I have used speedmind before and theyre dishes are bulletproof and dont flex at all

i think the speedmind numbers are a little different. the rims are strong and the amount of foam you get is heaps! you will definately have to true the speedmind tires.

i wish i could get 2 or 3 meetings with foams that small, or do you mean 2 or 3 races?

I found most of the GRP foams are readily available overseas and here as well. However, If I did manage to get some Zacs, would I go for their 40R compunds or get the 37R? Also it seems the speedminds are wierd in that their 26mm rims are for front and rear and have 37,40,42 ratings...whats good for speedmind?

Well I suppose when you actually run only two of the four races, it's not that difficult.

the Zac 40 rears seem to have the same grip as ellegi 40 rears (laptimes are the same), but dont seem to wear as much. i normally run 2degrees camber on the front to get ellegis to wear flat, but i only need to run 1degree to get the zacs to wear flat.

would you believe kawahara (the mob who makes the zac foams) is italian. the name sounds japanese

if Prospect is not to far, Hobbytown has them for $20 a pair. this is the cheapest in Australia as far as i know.

if you want to get some from overseas try
http://shopping.rcmodel.com.hk/

they are very cheap even including postage from Hong Kong.
