Questions?? Mod to LOSI XXX CR Buggy to fit brushless 17.5T.

Changing from brushed to brushless system and
need some help to mod my car to suit spur gear.
What size spur gear do i need? and what brand?
and pinion sizes? Running a 17.5t motor.

Thank you.

I run a 69t spur and 35t pinion (FDR 4.79) with a Losi Xcelorin 17.5.

To get this to fit, I had to remove the slipper and use a Spur adaptor (Speedtech Turbohub).

Compatible spurs include Duratrax, Xenon, Kimbrough and Associated among others.

hey mate, an easier and cheaper option is to buy any kimborough spur u want, stick a wheel bearing in the hole and just put it in the slipper assembly without the slipper pads and tighten it up

I did that at the State Titles last year in my 4wd and 2wd and it worked a treat. Although I used Traxxas friction pegs in the holes on the spur.
