MIDWEEK MANIA at MEAKIN

Meakin Park Model Raceway in conjuntion with Action RC are Proud to Announce the Introduction of MidWeek Racing

Wednesday 18th February we will be Racing Mini's and 18th scale.

Track Open 4:30 / 5:00pm
Practice / nominations until 6:15
Racing from around 6:30pm.

This will run every fortnite on the Wednesday AFTER Saturday Night Club Racing.

Club Mini Rules will apply / 18th rules available soon.

This tuesday night we'll be looking at track layout for the 1/18 scale

Jump positions ect.

Shane,

If you're looking at changing the track for 1/18th, is there any chance of making the track for mini shorter and/or more technical at the same time?

I speak for nobody but myself in this requuest, so others might think this is a dumb idea.

jeff from what i understand they are racing the vendetta buggies with small carpet jumps

I don't want to get involved in the Mini debate just saying we aren't "Changing the track" for 1/18th. The club has made it clear we aren't to move or cut any pipes or track markers. We will be using jumps to get over the pipes to shorten the track wherever we need to. Do Minis jump ?

heavy they jump but not well. They nose dive quite bad

1/18th scale buggies (or trucks) - any brand - no particular controls till we try some things and see what we've got - numbers and interest wise etc etc.

1/18th scale Tourers. We are looking at the possibility we may be able to run these as well - just need to see how we can shorten and tighten the track to suit without moving or cutting any track markers etc.

I reckon we throw in some cat and mouse as well, ill give u all a 10 sec head start and then I'll hunt you all down with my e savage
