Default Closest Melbourne Track ??

Hi guys , taking the point of origin to be the University of Melbourne, what is the closest 1/10 TC Gas Car Track ? Is it the MRCCR in Lilydale ? If so how far away is it and best way to get there ?

Also what are the best and closest tracks for Mini-Z or Micro racing around the Melbourne area , preferably also close to the Melbourne Uni. Thanks guys

Hi There,

The closest track from Melbourne Uni would probably be KROMA in Keilor, the next closest would be the Dandenong club.

To get to the keilor club you can head up the Tulamarine freeway then get onto the Calder (ie: don't turn off to Melbourne Airport.

Once your on the Calder take the Keilor Park Drive exit and turn right onto Keilor Park Drive, follow it around to the first roundabout and turn left at the roundabout follow the road up the hill and it's on your left just after a carpart.

Not sure about the exact location of the Dandenong club.

Tony

Take the South Eastern (aka Monash), drive REAL SLOW @ 100
(to avoid the speedcams) until you reach Stud Rd. Get off there
and take a right; its at the side of the basketball stadium next
to the freeway.

There used to be some folk out at Hoppers who ran MiniZ.
Don't know if they still do. Hoppers has an old slotcar track
in the shop.
