Default looking for some help

hi all im in the process of designing a vacuum moulding set up to make shells .i have worked out the required chamber size and pump and master mould i need to make. Im just trying to find out what type of plastic it is they make the shell out of (not the cheap type plastic you get with the ansman shells) and a company name.
Thanks
dave

Awesome!.. Just design the shell in Autocad and get it CNC'd ..

I've also read on another RC forum about using a brand new shell for a Plaster mould. Then modify it a little before producing anybodies.
