Hi All,
My Brother and I will be flying up from Tasmania to attend the nats in October. But we havent found a place to stay or a method of getting to and from the track each day. The plan was for me to hire a car but later found out that I'm not old enough and hiring a Taxi everyday is not finacially possible for me.
Is there anyone that could help us out with accomadation and travel?
We dont have much gear and would pay our way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
cheers,
Ryan

To the officials who will be doing scrutineering, can I get a quick clarification on the body paint-line rules?
I know at the 2006 worlds, competitors were not allowed any side window trim, or front/rear window trim paint highlights. It seems the rules change slightly depending on the event.
Below I’ve attached a picture of Ralf Burch's car at the worlds in Portugal (I believe) and it seems the side trim, and the top trim of the front window is painted. The rear windshield is not.
Is this ok for the nationals? As long as we follow the marked lines on the body will it be legal? Ie no barbs, or design elements protruding into the clear areas, or past the marked lines on the body?
I need to know as I will be painting a tourer, and would like it to be legal. It does look better when the trim lines are painted as well, so it would be good if we can get an official yes or no in regards to this.
Below is the attached image that I am using as an example.

rules are vague on this point and it can be interpreted as no paint whatsoever, and there is no clarification on what can be done if there are window trim markings on the bod/not on the bod. ie where do we start stop?
cheers guys

How long after registration and paying the entry fee by direct debit does it take for the status to show "confirmed" on the slyfox online registration site.
