if you want help, go to http://www.gabphomania.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi
Thats the site for the forum directly, its alot easier than viewing it through the home page.

6T = 6942 rpm/ per volt

for a 7.2v pack thats = 49 988

the motors capacity is 12 cells so the max rpm at 14.4v would be = 99 964

but beware, although the motor can take 12 cells, the speedie cannot (max 10).

VWO, your gonna use the rpm to work out the speed of the car, through the online rollout calculator right? Keep in mind that these calculators assume your cars drive train is %100 efficient, which is obviously never the case. But it does come pretty close

yeah maybe about 65km/h. i know this really doesn't mean anything in the larger scheme of things. ie; driving around the track consistantly quick.

i would be surprised if the the hacker motor would actually pull 100 000rpm, most are limited by the esc to around 60k odd (even the ones that will cope with 12 or more cells)

the mechanical properties of most bonding (magnets to shaft) let go at or around 100k is the information ive been feed by a european manufacturer (not hacker)

i wouldn't be too worried, as you had one of the quicker cars at the venom challenge. check your lap times on their web site.

also.. your dust collector is waiting for pickup at southern cross hobbies...

as much as i'd like to brag about getting a 16 lapper on my first ever outing with a electric....i think that is wrong. and a 18.01? nah can't be right. there is no way in hell i was just a touch away from wombats fastest time.

bring on the 10th of august!

dude im pretty sure thats my race time. It says you did 16 laps and best lap of 18.01 in the third final, while it says i did not start the third final (DNS). Im 100% sure i started (and finished) the third final, and passed both wombat and clarke during the race from a lap down, which makes sence of the fast lap time. I think there was a transponder mix-up or something cos i was in that race for sure.
