Sorry wrxmy99. Our Transponder system is really old, it works well and is quite stable but it's not compatible with newer Technologies.

We do have a body Reemer though

Anyone else venturing?

awsome. pass the word around the sydney crowd.

I think we'll get good numbers. We just need to get the word out there.

See you racing.

At some stage soon I'll be adding a technical section to the website detailing my and other's setups in both Stock, and Modified. I'll see what I can find out for you for F201.

We race on carpet so your best bet is going to be foam tyres. I'm working on adding a technical section to www.ACTMCRC.org.au that will cover what setup we've been running. For the record I've been running UFRA 45's on the fron with 35's on the rear on my TC3. I think the 35's might be a little on the soft side as a friend on mine runs 40's on the front and 37's on the rear and his car is a little better balanced.

TWiZTiD, take note that we need to recive your entry by the due date, this is so we can get torphies. What classes are you planning to run in?

How much quicker is a Tamiya Sport Tuned 540, Graupner Speed 500 vs a "normal" Mabuchi/Johnson 540???

I'd like to run 540 Pro on the Saturday but only have a normal "silver can" 540...

I think it goes like this: Speed 500 21turn, Tamiya Black, 23turn and Johnson/Mabuchi 540 are both 27t.

There is a slight difference between the four on the track, as you would expect, but all the motors have different strengths, most of the guys run Johnson/Mabuchi 540's in Pro anyway and there is not a big difference between the motors.
