Could you list the 15 clubs and their contacting details, so anyone seeking a postion can ask for support, or if the list is already published, direct us to such a list ? At the moment only the ORRCA committee seem to have access to that information.

Guys don't rush in with the proxy forms its ONE VOTE per CLUB

ie 15 paid up clubs = 15 max votes for each proposal.

I've tried that, but it only lists 14 clubs, so I assumed that it is not up to date. Could John Hansen enlighten us?

To speed things up, couldn't you just list the clubs on your website before you post an answer?

Default Info

Just goes to show even newbees can ask pretty good questions sometimes

The problem is in this and a lot of other things most, if not all of the committees/organisers are voluntary so its not easy to find all the time required to the necessary work.
The answer usually is to delegate some of the workload. More should try it.

I forgot to add: I’m an open minded blond girl, with long hair, big boobs and all over sun tan. And I’m looking for a boy friend for some hanky panky.

The 15th club is the FNQRCCA which was formed in Cairns in February this year, We have recieved confirmatiom of our affilation application with ORRCCA and they also have our contact details to place on the web when the committee gets to it.

We all get impatient when things don'y happen as quick as we'd like but as team ash said we'all volunteers with other things to do.

Hello everyone
I dont see why, because of the size of Queensland that a nominated representative from every club cant be linked via a common computer at the AGM. This would save the problem of chasing proxys, and I think may now be acceptable under the laws of the Office of Fair Trades.

We tried that several years ago; it was very confusing as people (unknowingly) talked over the top of each over during the teleconference calls.

But it's probably worth trying again as systems and software may have improved since then...

www.polycom.com.au - these are the best conference phones around.

You dont necessarily need a conference phone though. Telstra can actually arrange a teleconference in which they supply a number for all parties to call and a password, you would however require a phone with speakers and a pretty good mic.

Cheers
