stadium trucks have never been big in oz. have you thought to opening it up to allow rtr engined trucks to run. so if you have a evader with the 18 you can run with that engine? just a thought.

Thats a pretty good idea! not sure what the ruling is on maximum engine size. i think its .15..... i dont understand why stadium trucks aren't that popular. i think maybe their a little too fragile for everyone. it didn't help their cause when truggies come along though.

no need to open up any rules to allow rtr vehicles with 18 size engines. since there conception the rules were there to encourage all drivers to participate including rtr vehicles like the duratrax with 18 size engine so they have been able to enter right from the start. Some trucks how ever do not come with an engine like the factory team versions so the limit was fixed at 12 size which is gobs of power any way . your average novarossi 12 will have more power than a duratrax 18 and so the rules state that should your rtr vehicle need a replacement engine then it can only be replaced by the same engine or a 3 port 12 size engine. the rules were drafted this way to stop people replacing there duratrax 18 with a fantom 18 that would have twice the horse power of the original duratrax rtr engine.
all 1/10th nitro stadium trucks are good to go.
