Official "Aussies at the 2007 Off Road Worlds" Thread
Just thought I'd start this to get a bit of talk happening about the adventure that 10 young Australians are going to embark on this week. The Worlds starts next Sunday in Japan, and I'm sure that there will be many stories that will emerge from this race. Hopefully Internet access is in Tech-Savy Japan is readily available and we can share some of these stories............

count for the weekend after pulling the car apart and checking everything;
1 Chassis
1 front bulkhead
1 main gear cover
6 Rear Shocktowers (either snapped or pulling ball ends out of links)
2 Front Shock towers (as above)
1 Vector 5.5 brushless motor

Hi fellaz,
Safe travels and good luck with the racing. Im sure you will all enjoy Japan! Wish I was there with you all - would have been a blast!
Shanemac, agreed about the Sake - prepare to be surprised by how good the Japanese beer is though. Asahi Super Dry is my favourite - it tastes much better in Japan than it does from the bottles you can buy here. And no preservatives = no headache!
Lets hope 2007 is the first year we can have an Aussie in the A final at the off-road worlds
