Just a quick update, I just missed out on the Worlds concourse!! I was in the final five and the judge took a very hard look at my scheme, still pretty happy about that one

Did you have someone else paint new bodies for you?

Congrats on making the final 5 in the world for concourse Molky.
On a side note i love the BJ4 Molky and cant wait to drive it.
By the way have you changed paint schemes or are you still using a similar design to the bodies i now have.

Seriously massive surprise, the paint is not that special, I think because it's bright it really stood out.

I've been posting a few random pics up here if anyone is interested.

All the boys are happy currently as everyone received LRP speedy upgrades today with new special worlds software. Had a good look at the B44 today, looks good, Kyosho have a BJ4 replica also, and apparently theres a few new Hot Bodies parts.

There's also a new JConcepts B4 body which looks freaking hot, so i'll be cracking out the airbrush when I get home again.

First practice tomorrow is looking a little shaky, it's pouring here currently.

Not yet, everyone is working on their 2wd's currently, Mark Pavidis was telling me about it in registration this morning. From what I understand its not KMC, but a full Kyosho kit

Non-TC Sphere has more drive profiles, 10 now, so smaller increments, smooths it out a little more. Will tell you how it goes, I only got mine at 5pm tonight

Nah the window frames were last, but yeah typical blobs, its been my scheme for the last 10 years, excecpt the red used to be blue. Some of the paint schemes were amazing, the detail on some of the Japanese drivers bodies were incredible, a lot better than mine, but when its on the track, I've always been a firm believer in bright colours with plenty of contrast.

Round 1 of practice just finished, Painy, Griff, Gillott Dyckhoff and Peeler all did motors - its soooo wet, Ben, Craig, Iver, Anthony and Myself chose not to even run.
