i spoke to Corey from the Lithgow club Joe, he said for tourers 37's on a clubby or 40's if the grip goes up, and at the most 42's. he said there is a decent amount of tyre wear due to the high speed sweeper.
i recon 37's for early quals and 40's towards the end of the event dude. pack 2 or 3 sets of 42's but i doubt you will use it.

Is anyone known who is secretary of Lithgow club and his email address? I need to send our members list (Moorebank) for this Nitro Interclub event.

Will we be provided with tables/chairs/shade, or do we bring our own? also, i think read on the club site power is near the control room? will the entire pit area have ample power sources available, or should we bring our own batteries for charging?

There is a large power distribution box onsite (similar setup to Whalan), just bring a couple of decent size extension leads. Tables,chairs etc is B.Y.O.
To answer the other question, Lithgow does not use any traction additive on the track, but you can use gear on your tyres if you wish.
