2007 IFMAR 5th Scale World Championships

The Brendale Club requires your assistance in making this event as successfull as last years 200mm Event. We urgently require volunteers to help with the running of this event. It runs from the 20th - 30th September and if you can give us a couple of days in that period it would be much appreciated. All volunteers will receive a free lunch each day.

We especially need help from the 24th - 30th and if you can help us out for this entire period the Club will give you free lunch each day and a ticket to attend the Presentation Banquet on the 30th.

Remember Australia is on show and lets show them we know how to run a World Class Event.

If you can help us out please give me a ring and give me the details.

Volunteered several times to help out. I will be on "light duties" as such so I can't do anything manual, or stand for long periods...

Marti will need help with the secretaries duties (posting results, printing passes, assisting team mangers / IFMAR / race officials once the event starts as I will be pitting for Jeff Hamon once the event proper starts so those would be fairly light duties for him Trev.

Sorry i didnt get back to you last week, i seem to have lost your number. I will be able to help out both weekends and possibly the friday of the last weekend. Unfortunatly we are stupidly busy at work at the moment and will be for a few weeks.

Oh ok, well i have prebooked a room at billanook and am sharing a car with the dorns so will just have to see if they are going to still stay there or change.
