Default cell losing charge

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone could help me out with this question. One of the cells on my ladder pack appears to be losing charge over time. Was wondering:

why this happens?
how to avoid it?
is it fixable?
would it affect battery performance if you charge the pack and use it right away?

Do you discharge and balance your packs everytime you charge? Your cell is probably dead. There is no way to avoid it. Its not fixable. You need to replace the cell. It would affect the pack even if you charged it and used it straight away, as the pack cells wouldn't discharge at the same rate and you would lose power after a couple minutes.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick
