thanks goodez that helped alot actually yeah i could see that small C clip but i didnt want to take it off incase i bent it and couldnt get it back on but maybe i will have a look in there some day

You can also buy sealed bearings from other places, try Boca Bearings etc etc if you don't mind the importing.

Metro Hobbies in Melbourne should stock most of the common sizes, but i am not sure on this.
