Default Sat racing

Track looks good, a bit cracked up in some places, which is always the case, hopefully should roll together tomorrow. Needs more water. Anyone got a spare 1000 litres of water?

Hopefully should be good conditions for the 4wd's tomorrow.

See you there.

No sorry - don't have my car yet. Will be out there for awhile for a look at the talent in 4wd stock.

Default Race Meet

A very good turnout today with a total of 19 racers. All classes had very close racing. Peter Scott was too good in 2wd mod, TQ and the round win, Jayden Mann showed why he is 4wd National Champion, Blake TQ'd, but had some dramas in the finals and Dave Lawrance, well.. only Dave can really tell us how good his truck was today. A new set-up and he's all smiles.

The track was excellent today. I didn't think the track was going to be all that good, funny stuff that clay and Mother Nature. Jayden has the fastest 6 minute car ever with his 4wd Stock FTD. Even the 2wd mod's are close to 13 laps.

Thanks for everyone showing up and also for not running over my two little helpers, I believe Ryan is thinking of getting Nathan as his pit/tire boy.

Practice will most likely be on Sunday morning next week.

What'd you think Heavy? Did the 2006 4wd Stock National Champ and the 2006 4wd Stock Nats TQ holder want to make you come back next fortnight with a real car? I bet you can show these young whipper snappers how to race... Bolt Scott's brushless in and hang on....

Mark -its official. Nathan is now a fully fledged AE team member as of this arvo. Still not sure about some of his tyre choices tho...

Thanks for a another great day and running the meet despite not racing yourself.

Scott - what happened to the Cat? Did you retire it to be a shelf queen?

Ryan

Actually - great track and 4wd Stock looked good but - I got a smell of dust and remembered what I love about Onroad.

A big thank you to 2Bad and his set up tips. Yesterday's victory drinks have not stopped. I hope you 4WD blokes are ready for the next race meet. Thank you Mark for your efforts. I hope everyone enjoyed the day.

Default Weekend Practice

Guys – I can’t make Saturday this week. I’ll be at the track Sunday from about 10AM for a couple of hours if anyone wants to have a practice.

A few surprises for next racemeet.

Default Revised Track

A big thanks to Peter Scott and Chris S-Fish for there help today. We changed some hoses around and added a few more corners. The week after next we'll reshape the jump near the start/finish line to make it ride-on-mower friendly. Mod 2wd lap times were about 30sec.

See you this weekend.
Mark
